I was born and raised in Bloomington, and my family has called this community home for generations.

Growing up here gave me an appreciation for the people, businesses and neighborhoods that make Bloomington what it is. My family has deep roots in the community, including my grandfather opening Smith’s Shoes on the downtown square in 1952.

That local connection is something I’m proud of, and it’s a big part of how I approach real estate today.

From Business To Real Estate

Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent more than 40 years in business and customer service.

That experience taught me something pretty simple: people want to work with someone they can trust.

Someone who answers the phone. Someone who follows through. Someone who listens before they start giving advice.

Those same values are at the center of how I work with my real estate clients today.

My Approach To Real Estate

Buying or selling a home is a big decision, but that doesn’t mean the process needs to feel overwhelming.

My job is to help you understand your options, answer your questions and give you the information you need to make confident decisions.

I’m not here to pressure you into a move that isn’t right for you.

I’m here to be an advocate, a resource and someone you know you can call when you need straightforward real estate advice.

Local Knowledge Matters

Real estate is local.

Knowing Bloomington means understanding more than home prices and property lines. It means knowing the neighborhoods, the community, the people and what makes different parts of this area unique.

That’s also why I created Talks With a Townie.

It gives me the opportunity to sit down with local business owners, community members and familiar faces to share the stories behind the place I’ve always called home.

For me, real estate and community have always gone hand in hand.

Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a property you’ve owned for years, searching for land or considering an investment, I’d be happy to help.

And if you’re not quite ready to make a move yet, that’s okay too.

Sometimes the best place to start is simply with a conversation.

LET’S TALK!

Bloomington Is More
Than Where I Work.
It’s Home.
